Аннотация


Наследственный фактор повышает риск возникновения мигрени и во многом обусловливает клиническое симптомообразование и течение заболевания. За последние годы фундаментальные генетические исследования мигрени  шагнули далеко вперед, что открыло ключ к пониманию многих патофизиологических процессов этого заболевания. Вместе с тем многие вопросы остаются не до конца решенными. Наибольший практический интерес представляет поиск генетических маркеров мигрени и их фенотипических коррелятов. Также перспективным с практической точки зрения направлением исследования наследственности мигрени являются ее фармакогенетические аспекты, а именно выявление генетических предикторов эффективности тех или иных препаратов. В обзоре обсуждаются современные данные о подходах к генетическим исследованиям мигрени, представлены известные на сегодняшний день генетические биомаркеры и их возможная роль в развитии заболевания.
