«Укутанные» тромбоциты – новые возможности лабораторной диагностики нарушений тромбообразования

Аннотация
Обрисованы основные диагностические ориентиры использования методики определения субпопуляции «укутанных» тромбоцитов. Повышение их уровня более 45% ассоциируется с протромботическим потенциалом сосудисто-тромбоцитарного звена гемостаза и может быть предиктором развития тромботических состояний, повторных инсультов и ТИА, тогда как их сниженный (менее 20%) уровень – маркером развития кровотечений.
