Аннотация
Баллонная ангиопластика со стентированием является современным, малоинвазивным и безопасным методом лечения стенозов позвоночных артерий, имеющим высокий уровень технического успеха. Однако высокая частота развития рестенозов является ведущей проблемой эндоваскулярного вмешательства. В представленном обзоре рассматривается проблема развития рестеноза при стентировании проксимального отдела позвоночных артерий, а также его клинические проявления, возможные причины и факторы, способствующие его образованию, и вероятные направления решения этой проблемы.
