Клинические особенности и механизмы развития когнитивных нарушений при синдроме обструктивных апноэ сна у детей

Аннотация

В статье представлены клинические особенности и механизмы развития когнитивных нарушений при синдроме обструктивных апноэ/гипопноэ сна (СОАГС) у детей. Рассмотрены краткосрочные и отдаленные последствия сонных апноэ, патогенетическая общность СОАГС с нейродинамическими нарушениями и сопутствующими состояниями. Обсуждается роль заболеваний ЛОР-органов у детей при СОАГС. Представлены данные о генетических особенностях, влияющих на формирование риска развития СОАГС у детей.
