The article analyzes the outcomes of surgical treatment of 20 patients with acute compressive radicular pain syndrome using the PELD technology, demonstrates the obvious advantages of this type of operative intervention, and presents a typical clinical example of treatment outcomes.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Перкутанная эндоскопическая поясничная дискэктомия (PELD, от англ.: percutaneous endoscopic lumbar discectomy) – современная эндоскопическая технология, позволяющая удалять грыжи межпозвонковых дисков поясничного отдела позвоночника, эффективно лечить компрессионный корешковый болевой синдром, минимизировать хирургическую травму, максимально сократить срок госпитализации, временной нетрудоспособности и реабилитации пациента.
