The major cause of movement disorders in these cases are lesions within the basal ganglia and the thalamus. In the review, most important approaches to the therapy of post-stroke movement disorders, including surgery, are analyzed, and questions of long-term prognosis of poststroke movement disorders are discussed.</p>
В обзоре анализируются основные подходы к терапии постинсультных экстрапирамидных расстройств, включая хирургическое лечение, а также рассматриваются вопросы долговременного прогноза постинсультных экстрапирамидных расстройств.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>stroke</kwd><kwd>extrapyramidal movement disorders</kwd><kwd>vascular parkinsonism</kwd><kwd>treatment</kwd><kwd>prognosis</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>инсульт</kwd><kwd>экстрапирамидные расстройства</kwd><kwd>сосудистый паркинсонизм</kwd><kwd>лечение</kwd><kwd>прогноз</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Брыжахина В.Г., Дамулин И.В., Яхно Н.Н.
