Neurons regeneration process condition are discussed. Necessity of early rehabilitation and revision of stroke patients management asserted according to novel experimental and clinical data.</p>  <p> </p> <p> </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В научном обзоре освещаются основные механизмы нейропластичности, реализуемые в острейшем периоде инсульта. Обсуждаются условия, благодаря которым возможно оптимизировать процессы восстановления нейронов.
