Main attention is paid to functional MRI and voxel-based morphometry. Various applications of these methods for the purposes of basic neurology and neurophysiology, as well as for control of the effects of ongoing treatment, are summarized and discussed.</p> <p> </p>
<trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Представлен детальный анализ различных современных нейровизуализационных технологий, используемых для изучения патофизиологических механизмов и морфофункционального субстрата первичной фокальной дистонии (ФД). Основное внимание уделено функциональной магнитно-резонансной томографии (ФМРТ) и воксел-ориентированной морфометрии (ВОМ). Суммированы и обсуждены результаты исследований, использующих данные методы для решения задач фундаментальной неврологии и нейрофизиологии, а также для контроля эффективности проводимого лечения.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>focal dystonia</kwd><kwd>neuroimaging</kwd><kwd>functional MRI</kwd><kwd>voxel-based morphometry</kwd><kwd>positron emission tomography</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>фокальная дистония</kwd><kwd>нейровизуализация</kwd><kwd>функциональная МРТ</kwd><kwd>воксел-ориентированная морфометрия</kwd><kwd>позитронно-эмиссионная томография</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Иллариошкин С.Н., Иванова-Смоленская И.А., Маркова Е.Д.
