There is growing evidence that metabolic abnormalities of polyamines may lead to the development of a number of the central nervous system (CNS) disorders. The study of this problem is important for understanding the molecular basis of pathogenesis and methods of diagnosis of the CNS disorders, as well as for the development of methods for their pharmacological correction on the basis of influence on the polyamine system.</p> <p> </p>
Изучение данной проблемы важно для понимания молекулярных основ патогенеза, методов диагностики заболеваний ЦНС, а также для разработки новых способов их фармакологической коррекции на основе воздействия на систему полиаминов.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>polyamines</kwd><kwd>neuromoidulation</kwd><kwd>central nervous system</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>полиамины</kwd><kwd>нейромодуляция</kwd><kwd>центральная нервная система</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Березов Т.Т., Фролов В.А., Сяткин С.П., Свинарев В.И.
