Literature data on secondary ischemic factors impact on the cerebral blood flow, cerebral oxygenation and metabolism was analized. Special attention was spared on the different methods of intensive care in secondary brain injury management.</p>  <p> </p> <p> </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Обзор посвящен проблеме интенсивной терапии вторичных повреждений головного мозга у пострадавших с тяжелой черепно-мозговой травмой и больных с нетравматическими внутричерепными кровоизлияниями. Представлен подробный анализ литературных данных о влиянии факторов вторичного ишемического повреждения мозга на мозговой кровоток, оксигенацию и метаболизм.
