We also present the results of our study of 46 patients with different pathologies of nervous system before and after the biofeedback training course. Indications for leading the sessions of bio-control and possibilities in optimisation of the method are discussed.</p>  <p> </p> <p> </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В статье приведен обзор литературы, посвященный эффективности миоргафического БОС-тренинга в реабилитации двигательных расстройств после инсульта, черепно-мозговой и позвоночно-спинномозговой травм, травматического поражения периферических нервов, а также при головных болях напряжения. Представлены собственные результаты исследования 46 пациентов с различной патологией нервной системы до и после проведения курса БОС-тренинга.
