Description of world experience of endovascular interventions is described. High efficacy of stenting discovers a huge perspectives in future.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Статья посвящена эндоваскулярной реконструкции при стенозирующих процессах в брахиоцефальных артериях как одному из видов профилактики церебральной ишемии. В ней дан обзор мирового опыта эндоваскулярных вмешательств.
