Discussed are issues of etiology, clinical picture, differential diagnosis and treatment of this from of pathology of cervico-cerebral arteries. Special attention is paid to modern possibilities of non-invasive in vivo diagnosis of dissection of cervico-cerebral arteries on the basis of newest methods of computerized neuro- and angioimaging.</p>
Особое внимание уделено современным возможностям неинвазивной прижизненной диагностики диссекции цервико-церебральных артерий на основе новейших методов компьютерной нейро- и ангиовизуализации.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>dissection of cervical arteries</kwd><kwd>dissection of and cerebral arteries</kwd><kwd>ischemic stroke</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>диссекция магистральных артерий головы</kwd><kwd>диссекция церебральных артерий</kwd><kwd>ишемический инсульт</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Калашникова Л.А., Кадыков А.С., Добрынина Л.А., Кротенкова М.В.
