The article discusses the main technical and clinical aspects of this method and focuses on Parkinson’s disease, a classical object of functional neurosurgery. Microelectrode analysis improves the accuracy of electrode positioning and the effectiveness of surgical neuromodulation in Parkinson’s disease, enables investigation of the pathophysiological features of extrapyramidal disorders, mechanisms of action of drugs and various functional neurosurgery techniques, and also facilitates the search for new potential targets for deep brain stimulation.</p>
Микроэлектродный анализ повышает точность позиционирования электрода и эффективность хирургической нейромодуляции при болезни Паркинсона, позволяет изучать патофизиологические особенности экстрапирамидных заболеваний, механизмы действия лекарственных препаратов и различных технологий функциональной нейрохирургии, а также способствует поиску новых потенциальных мишеней для глубокой стимуляции мозга.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>Microelectrode recording</kwd><kwd>Parkinson’s disease</kwd><kwd>neuromodulation</kwd><kwd>deep brain stimulation</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>микроэлектродная регистрация</kwd><kwd>болезнь Паркинсона</kwd><kwd>нейромодуляция</kwd><kwd>глубокая стимуляция мозга</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Иллариошкин С.Н.
