Short-term and long-term consequences of sleep apnoea along with the pathogenetic similarity of OSAHS and neurodynamic disturbances and concomitant conditions are discussed. The role of ENT conditions in children with OSAHS is reviewed as well. Data on the genetic features that affect the risk of developing OSAHS in children are presented.</p>
