It has been established that a mutation in the <italic>LINGO1</italic> gene is a significant risk factor for ET development.</p> <p>The<bold> aim </bold>of the study was to investigate the role of <italic>Ser9Gly</italic> polymorphism in the <italic>DRD3 </italic>gene, the <italic>Ala265Gly</italic> mutation in the<italic> HS1-BP3</italic> gene and <italic>rs9652490</italic> polymorphism in the <italic>LINGO1</italic> gene in the development and clinical heterogeneity of ET in the Sakha Republic population (Yakutia).</p> <p><bold>Materials and methods.</bold> Thirty-nine patients with a confirmed diagnosis of ET and 48 patients with Parkinson disease were examined. The control group consisted of 87 healthy individuals. Polymorphism carrier status and gene mutations were identified using real-time polymerase chain reaction.</p> <p><bold>Results.</bold> The <italic>Ser/Gly</italic> genotype with <italic>Ser9Gly</italic> polymorphism in the <italic>DRD3 </italic>gene and the <italic>A/A</italic> genotype with <italic>rs9652490</italic> polymorphism in the <italic>LINGO1</italic> gene increases the risk of developing ET by 2.35 (<italic>p</italic> = 0.02) and 2.42 (<italic>p</italic> = 0.04) times, respectively. Moreover, the <italic>A/A</italic> genotype of the <italic>rs9652490</italic> in the <italic>LINGO1</italic> gene increases the risk for ET-plus syndrome by 2.17 times (<italic>p</italic> = 0.02). Our data didn’t confirm the role of the <italic>Ala265Gly</italic> mutation in the <italic>HS1-BP3</italic> gene in development of the ET.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p><bold>Введение.</bold> В развитии эссенциального тремора (ЭТ) играют роль локусы ETM1, ETM2 и ETM3. Установлено, что мутация в гене <italic>LINGO1</italic> является значимым фактором риска развития ЭТ.</p> <p><bold>Цель </bold>исследования — изучение вклада полиморфизма <italic>Ser9Gly</italic> гена <italic>DRD3</italic>, мутации <italic>Ala265Gly</italic> в гене<italic> HS1-BP3</italic> и полиморфизма <italic>rs9652490</italic> гена <italic>LINGO1</italic> в развитие и клиническую гетерогенность ЭТ у населения Республики Саха (Якутия).</p> <p><bold>Материал и методы.</bold> Обследовали 39 пациентов с установленным диагнозом ЭТ и 48 пациентов с болезнью Паркинсона. Контрольную группу составили 78 здоровых лиц. Носительство полиморфизма и мутации генов определяли с помощью полимеразной цепной реакции в режиме реального времени.</p> <p><bold>Результаты.</bold> Носительство генотипа <italic>Ser/Gly</italic> полиморфизма <italic>Ser9Gly</italic> гена <italic>DRD3</italic> и генотипа <italic>A/A</italic> полиморфизма <italic>rs9652490 </italic>гена <italic>LINGO1</italic> повышают шанс развития ЭТ в 2,35 (<italic>p </italic>= 0,02) и 2,42 (<italic>p </italic>= 0,04) раза соответственно. Кроме того, генотип <italic>A/A</italic> полиморфизма <italic>rs9652490</italic> гена <italic>LINGO1</italic> увеличивает шансы развития клинического фенотипа ЭТ-плюс в 2,17 раза (<italic>p</italic> = 0,02).
