The <bold>aim</bold> was to examine the effect of the acyl hydrazone tropane derivative on individual platelet aggregation (PA) sensitivity in in vitro studies.</p> <p><bold>Results</bold>. We present the results of a pilot study on the effect of a new acyl hydrazone tropane derivative — acyl hydrazone (2,3,4-trimethoxy-N'-(8-methyl-8-azabicyclo [3.2.1.] octane-3-ylidene) benzohydrazide hydrochloride on PA properties in vitro in healthy volunteers and in patients with chronic cerebrovascular disease. </p> <p><bold>Conclusion</bold>. The studied compound has a pronounced ability to suppress PA when administered intravenously in vivo in two concentrations, equivalent to doses of 10 and 100 mg/kg, and its effect is superior to the comparator acetylsalicylic acid, which is used in clinical practice as an antiplatelet drug.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p><bold>Введение. </bold>В статье обсуждаются вопросы поиска новых высокоэффективных фармакологических средств для профилактики и лечения цереброваскулярных заболеваний.</p> <p><bold>Цель</bold> — изучить влияние производного ацилгидразона тропана на индивидуальную агрегационную чувствительность тромбоцитов в исследованиях in vitro.</p> <p><bold>Результаты. </bold>Представлены результаты пилотного исследования влияния нового производного ацилгидразона тропана — ацилгидразон (2,3,4-триметокси-N'-(8-метил-8-азабицикло [3.2.1.] октан-3-илиден) бензогидразид гидрохлорида — на агрегационные свойства тромбоцитов in vitro у здоровых добровольцев и у пациентов с хронической цереброваскулярной патологией.</p> <p><bold>Заключение.</bold> Исследуемое соединение в двух концентрациях, эквивалентных дозам 10 и 100 мг/кг внутривенно in vivo, обладает выраженной способностью подавлять агрегационные свойства тромбоцитов и превосходит по данному виду активности препарат сравнения — ацетилсалициловую кислоту, используемую в клинической практике в качестве антиагреганта.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>cerebrovascular disease</kwd><kwd>tropane acyl hydrazone derivative</kwd><kwd>platelet aggregation</kwd><kwd>acetylsalicylic acid</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>цереброваскулярные заболевания</kwd><kwd>производное ацилгидразона тропана</kwd><kwd>агрегация тромбоцитов, ацетилсалициловая кислота</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="en">Piradov M.A., Tanashyan M.M., Maksimova M.Yu.
