A clinical evaluation of the safety and efficacy of the Grasper SR in patients with ischaemic stroke was conducted.</p> <p><bold>Results.</bold> No difference was found in the ability of the test devices to pass through torturous areas, and all devices successfully reached the target implantation zone without difficulty. The clot could be removed entirely in all cases, with no evidence of fragmentation during removal. Clinical testing of the Grasper SR demonstrated that its performance was comparable to the Solitaire SR in restoring intracerebral blood flow.</p> <p><bold>Conclusion. </bold>The obtained results from the <italic>in vitro</italic> study demonstrate comparable effectiveness of the Russian SR to its counterparts. The clinical study results show that the Grasper SR can effectively and safely remove blood clots in clinical settings but requires further study on a larger number of subjects.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p><bold>Введение.</bold> Методика эндоваскулярной тромбоэкстракции с помощью стентов-ретриверов (СР) эффективно используется в лечении пациентов с ишемическим инсультом на фоне тромботической окклюзии крупных интрацеребральных артерий.</p> <p><bold>Целью</bold> исследования была оценка способности захвата тромбов широко используемыми зарубежными СР в условиях <italic>in </italic><italic>vitro</italic> по сравнению с первым отечественным СР «Grasper» («Ангиолайн»), а также анализ первого опыта использования отечественного СР в реальной клинической практике.</p> <p><bold>Материалы и методы. </bold>Проведена сравнительная оценка способности СР «Trevo ProVue» («Stryker»), «Penumbra» («Penumbra Inc.»), «Solitaire» («Medtronic») и «Grasper» («Ангиолайн») к захвату тромба в условиях <italic>in </italic><italic>vitro</italic>. Осуществлена клиническая оценка эффективности и безопасности отечественного СР «Grasper» у пациентов с ишемическим инсультом.</p> <p><bold>Результаты.</bold> Разницы в способности к прохождению извитых участков между исследуемыми образцами не установлено, все устройства успешно достигли целевой зоны имплантации без затруднений. Во всех случаях удалось удалить тромб полностью, без признаков его фрагментации во время удаления. Клиническая часть исследования СР «Grasper» продемонстрировала его сопоставимые с СР «Solitaire» показатели восстановления кровотока по интрацеребральным артериям.</p> <p><bold>Заключение. </bold>Полученные результаты исследования <italic>in </italic><italic>vitro</italic> демонстрируют сопоставимую эффективность отечественного СР по сравнению с мировыми аналогами.
