However, gaining this unique information is associated with certain difficulties. The technique is very labor intensive and requires highly qualified specialists and expensive equipment, which greatly limits its introduction into routine practice of a neurobiological laboratory. This article discusses the main advantages and disadvantages of PC as well as tendencies in improvement of the technique and its contribution to the development of neuropharmacology and neurobiology.</p>
В статье рассматриваются основные достоинства и недостатки МЛФП, а также тенденции в усовершенствовании техники фиксации клеточной мембраны с помощью электродов и его вклад в развитие нейрофармакологии и нейробиологии.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>patch-clamp</kwd><kwd>neurobiology</kwd><kwd>neuropharmacology</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>метод локальной фиксации потенциала</kwd><kwd>нейробиология</kwd><kwd>нейрофармакология</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Abd-Elsayed A.A., Ikeda R., Jia Z., et al.
