The advantages of the technique are associated with decreased severity of a surgical trauma due to a smaller approach, but with the preserved amount of performed manipulations. The article presents the first results of application of flexible endoscopy in the surgical treatment of diseases of the brain and spinal cord. A high efficacy of this high-tech approach and a significantly lower rate of complications compared to open surgery are demonstrated.</p>
Показана высокая эффективность данного высокотехнологичного подхода и значительно более низкая частота осложнений по сравнению с открытыми вмешательствами.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>flexible endoscopy</kwd><kwd>surgery of nervous system diseases</kwd><kwd>short-term and long-term outcomes</kwd><kwd>complications</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>гибкая эндоскопия</kwd><kwd>хирургия заболеваний нервной системы</kwd><kwd>ближайшие и отдаленные результаты</kwd><kwd>осложнения</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Гуща А.О., Арестов С.О.
