Диссекция артерий, кровоснабжающих мозг, и нарушения мозгового кровообращения

Аннотация


Представлен обзор литературы и собственный опыт автора по исследованию диссекции магистральных артерий головы и церебральных артерий, приводящей к ишемическому инсульту и преходящим нарушениям мозгового кровообращения. Рассматриваются вопросы этиологии, клинической картины, дифференциальной диагностики и лечения данной формы патологии сосудов, кровоснабжающих мозг. Особое внимание уделено современным возможностям неинвазивной прижизненной диагностики диссекции цервико-церебральных артерий на основе новейших методов компьютерной нейро- и ангиовизуализации.
