Современные нейрохирургические подходы к терапии структурных эпилепсий

Аннотация
Фармакорезистентная эпилепсия по-прежнему представляет нерешенную проблему современной неврологии. Актуальные нейрохирургические методики позволяют эффективно справиться с ней у ряда пациентов, на протяжении многих лет страдавших медикаментозно некупируемыми приступами. В обзоре рассмотрены современные нейрохирургические подходы в лечении эпилепсии, основные вопросы предоперационной диагностики и показания для нейрохирургического лечения. Представлен клинический случай пациентки, которой была успешно проведена стереотаксическая установка электродов в области передних таламических ядер со значительным клиническим улучшением по результатам динамического наблюдения.
